Virtual / Hybrid
Many of our clients organize hybrid meetings with language interpretation to greatly enhance long distance or local cost-effective cooperation, making meetings more efficient, while maximizing engagement in inclusive meetings, business negotiations or your multinational staff meetings that can be recorded and shared.
With a suitable conference room and a strong Wi-Fi signal, we can set up the necessary technologies in order to provide interpretation for in-person and virtual participants anywhere you need your meeting to take place.

Escort / Travel Interpreting
An escort or travel interpreter can assist your clients during their visit to Colorado or other U.S. destinations.
Our interpreters accompany individual clients or groups of visitors to a single meeting or for the entire length of their stay, serving as a cultural liaison, responsible for everything from ordering food to facilitating the closing of a multimillion-dollar business deal.
Conference Interpreting
Whether it is an international conference, a seminar, workshop or committee meeting, conference interpreters convey the meaning of the speaker’s message orally from one language into another, often nearly simultaneously or consecutively (that is, every few sentences). From interpreting for a keynote speaker at a sales conference, to a heated debate of international delegates at a committee meeting, our team of specialized conference interpreters each have more than 30 years of experience in the field.
We cover multilingual meetings and events in-person, virtually (Remote Simultaneous Interpretation, or RSI), or in hybrid format. We provide and set up all appropriate equipment. We also provide RSI services (and multilingual recordings for posting online) for up to 100 participants on platforms such as Microsoft Teams that do not include a dedicated interpretation channel.
Interpreter fees begin at $700 per day, or $400 for a half-day conference. We also provide all equipment and set-up options depending on your specific needs.
Do You Need a Language Access Plan?
We can develop a language access plan that can help ensure that your organization provides high quality and appropriate language services that are both compliant with Title IV of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, and sustainable for a business environment.
We can train your staff members to understand these requirements and know how to assist individuals with Limited English Proficiency (LEP). We can customize a plan that uniquely fits your organization, to ensure you provide LEPs with meaningful and affordable access to your programs.
Legal Depositions and Quasi-Legal Hearings
Unlike other agencies, all of our interpreters are fully credentialed and certified by the State of Colorado. Court interpreters must complete a required number of hours in court as well as meet continuing education requirements to maintain their credentials.
Our interpreters are also well-versed in the legal and technical terminology of our numerous government agency clients.
Our interpretation services start at $85 per hour (2-hour minimum). We offer different options and technologies depending on your needs.
